S.T. Modular is a privately owned multidisciplinary firm headquartered in Bellingham, Washington, with independent representatives throughout the US Although our primary market is mobile/modular structures and heavy equipment, S.T. Modular offers a wide range of expertise, including: Conceptual planning, Feasibility studies, Construction management, Leasing services, Worldwide logistics, Preliminary design, Detailed design, and Financial guidance.

S.T. Modular has a successful history of completed projects for the non-profit sector, municipalities, Native Tribes, and a variety of private sector enterprises, including the petroleum and mining industries. Our expertise includes upgrades, grassroots design, production, finished product, transportation and logistics.

Although we are a relatively young firm, our years of experience in the industry allows us to coordinate and supervise projects both large and small. Each discipline specialist, working as part of the team, is responsible to coordinate all interfaces with the other disciplines to the satisfaction of the overall project. Continual scrutiny of the entire project remains in place beyond completion, to the client's satisfaction. Procurement services are routinely utilized to purchase equipment and for specialized transportation logistics and/or marshaling of all components prior to shipment to the construction site.
